Nationwide Coverage Map

How Our Coverage Works
From our Tampa headquarters, we manage a multi-tier logistics network. Within a 250-mile radius of Tampa, we provide direct delivery using our own fleet of flatbed trucks and trailers. For the broader Southeast region, we maintain regular shipping routes with next-day or two-day delivery to most locations.
Nationwide coverage is achieved through strategic partnerships with regional and national freight carriers. We pre-negotiate volume rates with these carriers so our customers benefit from competitive shipping costs regardless of their location. Whether you need a single truckload delivered to Miami or a recurring weekly supply shipped to Seattle, our logistics team coordinates it seamlessly.
Regional Pallet Markets
Pallet demand, supply, and pricing vary significantly by region. Understanding your local market helps you make smarter purchasing decisions.
Southeast
Very High DemandFL, GA, AL, SC, NC, TN, VA
The Southeast is a pallet industry powerhouse driven by massive distribution center networks, the Port of Savannah, and year-round agricultural operations. Florida alone accounts for a significant share of national pallet consumption due to its produce industry, tourism logistics, and growing e-commerce fulfillment sector. Lumber availability from Southern pine forests keeps supply strong and prices competitive.
Northeast
High DemandNY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, NH, VT, ME, RI
The dense population and concentration of retail, pharmaceutical, and food distribution operations create strong demand for pallets across the Northeast corridor. Limited local lumber production means pallet prices tend to be higher than the national average. Businesses in this region benefit significantly from recycled pallet sourcing to manage costs while meeting strict quality requirements from major retailers.
Midwest
Very High DemandOH, IN, IL, MI, WI, MN, IA, MO, KS, NE
The Midwest is the manufacturing and agricultural heartland of the United States, generating enormous pallet demand from auto manufacturers, food processors, and grain distributors. Chicago is one of the largest pallet markets in the country. Hardwood lumber availability from Appalachian forests supports robust local pallet manufacturing and repair operations, keeping supply steady and prices moderate.
Southwest
High DemandTX, AZ, NM, OK, AR, LA
Rapid population growth, expanding e-commerce fulfillment, and cross-border trade with Mexico fuel strong pallet demand in the Southwest. Texas is the single largest state pallet market by volume due to its vast manufacturing base, oil and gas industry, and distribution hub status. The region faces occasional supply tightness during peak shipping seasons, making reliable supplier relationships essential.
West Coast
Very High DemandCA, OR, WA
The ports of Los Angeles, Long Beach, Oakland, and Seattle-Tacoma make the West Coast a critical pallet market tied to international trade. California alone is one of the top three pallet markets nationally, driven by its massive agricultural output, technology industry, and consumer goods distribution. Stricter environmental regulations have accelerated recycled pallet adoption in this region.
Pacific Northwest & Mountain
Moderate DemandWA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, UT, NV
While population density is lower, the Pacific Northwest benefits from proximity to softwood lumber resources, which keeps new pallet manufacturing costs competitive. The growing tech industry and expanding warehouse operations in Denver, Salt Lake City, and the Portland-Seattle corridor are driving steady growth in pallet demand. Outdoor recreation and agriculture also contribute to regional pallet needs.
Delivery Capabilities
Our transportation network is built to handle everything from a single stack to full truckload shipments, delivered on your schedule.
Our Fleet
We operate a fleet of flatbed trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers out of Tampa. Our drivers are experienced with pallet loading, securing, and delivery to dock, yard, or ground-level locations. Fleet capacity allows us to handle same-day and next-day deliveries within the Southeast.
Partner Carriers
For shipments beyond our direct delivery range, we work with over 500 vetted freight carriers including major LTL and FTL providers. Pre-negotiated volume rates keep shipping costs competitive. We handle all carrier coordination, tracking, and claims so you do not have to.
Coverage Radius
Direct fleet delivery covers a 250-mile radius from Tampa. Our Southeast regular routes extend through Georgia, Alabama, the Carolinas, and Tennessee. Nationwide shipping reaches all 50 states with transit times from 1 to 7 business days depending on distance.
Load Options
We accommodate any order size. A standard 53-foot trailer holds approximately 400 to 500 pallets depending on stacking and size. Half-loads and LTL options are available for smaller quantities. We also support customer pickup at our Tampa facility.
Delivery Scheduling
Choose from standard delivery, expedited service, or scheduled delivery windows. Appointment-based delivery is available for facilities that require it. Recurring delivery schedules can be arranged for customers with regular pallet needs, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
Tracking & Communication
Every shipment includes a Bill of Lading, delivery confirmation, and real-time tracking when available through our carrier partners. Our logistics team proactively communicates ETAs and any schedule changes so your receiving team is always prepared.
Why Local Matters
While we serve all 50 states, we believe in the power of local service. Sourcing pallets from the nearest available hub reduces freight costs, cuts transit times, and lowers the environmental impact of transportation. It also supports local employment and keeps economic value circulating within regional communities.
That is why we are building a network of regional facilities and partner yards across the country. Our goal is to ensure that every customer, regardless of location, benefits from the responsiveness and cost savings of a nearby pallet supplier backed by the inventory depth and quality standards of a national operation.
Lower Freight Costs
Shorter shipping distances mean significantly lower transportation costs, which translate directly to lower per-pallet pricing for you.
Faster Delivery
Local sourcing means next-day or even same-day delivery in many areas, keeping your operations running without costly delays.
Reduced Carbon Footprint
Every mile saved in pallet transportation reduces diesel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in your supply chain.
Local Economic Impact
Working with local pallet operations supports regional jobs, from warehouse workers and drivers to repair technicians.
Warehouse Network
Our distribution infrastructure anchors the reliable supply chain our customers depend on. Starting with our flagship Tampa facility, we are strategically building a national network of warehouses and partner yards.
Tampa Flagship Facility
Our 65,000-square-foot Tampa warehouse is the operational hub of Pallets Resale. This facility handles pallet receiving, inspection, sorting, grading, repair, heat treatment, storage, and outbound logistics. With 18 loading docks, an automated sorting line, and a dedicated repair shop staffed by experienced technicians, we process over 8,000 pallets per day.
The Tampa location was chosen for its proximity to major interstates (I-4, I-75, I-275), the Port of Tampa, and Tampa International Airport. This strategic positioning allows efficient service throughout Florida, the Southeast, and via our carrier network, the entire country. The facility maintains an inventory of over 250,000 pallets in various sizes and grades, ensuring rapid order fulfillment.
Partner Yards
In addition to our owned facilities, we maintain relationships with pallet yards and recyclers across the country. These partner yards extend our reach by providing local inventory access and pickup/delivery capabilities in regions where we do not yet have a direct presence. Every partner yard is vetted for quality standards and reliability.
Satellite Drop Points
We operate satellite drop points in several major metro areas that serve as temporary staging areas for large volume deliveries. These points allow us to consolidate shipments and coordinate last-mile delivery more efficiently, reducing costs and improving on-time performance for customers in those areas.
